ATTACHMENT L1
Subcontractor/Teaming Arrangement Member/Joint Venture Partner Consent Letter for the Release of Past Performance Information to the Prime Contractor
Past performance information concerning subcontractors, teaming partners and/or joint venture partners cannot be disclosed to a private party without the consent of the subcontractor, teaming partner and/or joint venture. Because a Prime Contractor is a private party, the Government will need that consent before disclosing subcontractor/teaming partner past performance information to the Prime Contractor during exchanges. In an effort to assist the Government’s Performance Confidence Evaluation Team in assessing your past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal. The completed consent letters shall be submitted as part of your Past Performance Information Volume.
