Please complete this questionnaire and return to NASA per the following instructions at the bottom of Page 2. Your assistance in this effort is greatly appreciated.
The SMASS IV contract’s principle purpose is to provide engineering and technical services support to the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Safety and Mission Assurance (SMA) Directorate. KSC SMA Directorate supports NASA Programs and Projects at KSC, providing mission assurance, engineering, and risk assessment and analysis in the disciplines of safety, reliability, and quality. Programs at KSC include, but are not limited to, the following: Exploration Ground Systems Program; Launch Services Program; Agency Technical Authority; Orion Program; Commercial Crew Program;
International Space Station Program; Center Engineering, Safety, and Operations; and Space Launch System Program. SMASS will be performed primarily at KSC; however, resident support may be required at other NASA centers, facilities, or sites.
