About this file

This document contains a draft Request for Proposal for NASA's Kennedy Space Center Safety and Mission Assurance Contract IV, along with an attachment providing labor classifications and qualifications mapping instructions. The draft RFP seeks proposals to provide services supporting NASA KSC's Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate, including system safety engineering, quality assurance, mission assurance integration, reliability and maintainability, software assurance, range safety, independent assessment, and other related areas. Responses to the final RFP are due no later than an unspecified date in 2022. The attachment provides instructions for offerors to complete a labor classifications crosswalk template mapping their own labor categories and qualifications to those included in an associated Level of Effort Hours attachment. It instructs offerors to include any key personnel or program management positions not already covered.
