About this file

This document contains three Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses related to federal contract opportunities.

The first clause, FAR 52.204-27, prohibits the use of the TikTok application or any successor application or service developed by ByteDance Limited on information technology used under a federal contract. The second clause, FAR 52.204-30, prohibits the use of covered articles or products/services from sources subject to orders issued under the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act (FASCSA). The third clause, DFARS 252.225-7059, prohibits the procurement of products mined, produced, or manufactured wholly or in part by forced labor from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) or entities that have used labor from XUAR as part of forced labor programs. Additionally, the document includes a representation clause, DFARS 252.225-7966, prohibiting fossil fuel business operations with certain Russian entities.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the construction of infrastructure to support a new Instrument Landing System (ILS) for Runway 28 at NS Norfolk. The work includes various site preparation and infrastructure tasks. The contract is set aside for Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Contractors primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia under NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC contracts.
