Support for Non-MARC Thesauri

Support for Non-MARC Thesauri
Please provide example of pricing for a potential out-year project below for evaluation proposes.

As mentioned in "Tab 3.0 Bibliographic Control" of Attchment J4 - Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for Analysis, the Library manages several non-MARC thesauri such as the Thesaurus for Graphic Materials (https://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/tgm/) and the Ethnographic Thesaurus (https://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/ethnographicTerms.html). In the table below, please price out an example of your anticipated solution for a feature to support non-MARC thesauri within LCAP. Please note: actual implementation of support for non-MARC thesauri is not be included in the scope of Task Order 1. This project will be issued as a future task order against the awardee's IDIQ.

Support for Non-MARC Thesauri Project Price
Requirements from Attachment J4 - Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for Analysis included below for reference:
3.7.0Authority/Identity Management
Summary:For current MARC based cataloging in the ILS, authority control is a significant activity and the Library is the maintenance agency for several authority files that are also present in our current ILS, including the LC-NACO Authority File (names and titles), subject authority records representing LCSH, and genre/form authority records representing LCGFT. The Library is also responsible for the MARC authority records for the LCMPT and LCDGT vocabularies, although these records are not currently loaded to the ILS. The Library also develops other thesauri outside of the MARC context, including the Thesaurus for Graphic Materials (subject and genre headings) and the Ethnographic Thesaurus. In addition to the access points from vocabularies maintained by LC, LC bibliographic records may contain subject and genre access points from any of dozens of externally maintained vocabularies, including faceted headings from OCLC FAST, RBMS controlled vocabularies, MeSH headings from the National Library of Medicine, etc. The Library would like a solution that can validate access points from vocabularies it produces at a minimum, and would be interested in validating against non-MARC records to the extent possible.
3.7.1Authority/Identity ManagementThe Library needs a system that supports "local" authority files separate from national and cooperatively maintained authority files.
3.7.2Authority/Identity ManagementThe system needs to integrate with externally managed authority files when bibliographic headings are present for those externally managed systems.
3.7.3Authority/Identity ManagementThe Library needs a system that supports access to records from multiple authority files. For authority systems incorporated into the system but not used by LC, the user should have the ability to restrict their view of authorities to only their preferred files.Because staff will be working in an environment with multiple authorities, they need the ability to restrict their local cataloging interface to the authorities that are appropriate to their work.

IDIQ Rates

For all future task orders, the awardee of the single-award IDIQ must propose rates equal to or lower than the rates specifed below.
