About this file
This document contains a past performance evaluation template and description of a federal contract opportunity. The past performance template requests information about a prime contractor's previous contracts, including contract details, agency contacts, and performance ratings in areas such as quality, cost control, schedule, management, regulatory compliance, and utilization of local organizations.
The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to provide an effective and efficient transportation system for laboratory specimens in Mozambique, including samples for HIV viral load monitoring, early infant diagnosis, and tuberculosis testing. The transportation system will initially operate under supervision of the Government of Mozambique Response Mechanism but is intended to eventually transition fully to government management. The contract aims to expand access to diagnostic testing, improve test result turnaround times, reduce specimen referral costs, ensure sample quality, and support national reporting and quality improvement of the transportation system.
