About this file
Attachment J-5 is a Self Certification Technical Experience Form for the Department of Homeland Security's Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation (Number 70RDA226R00000001) seeks to establish contract vehicles for providing C-UAS capabilities to address emerging threats from unauthorized or malicious unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The contract will be awarded using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial products and services, with an intent to quickly award the first task order following the initial contract awards.
The form appears to be a template for vendors to self-certify their technical experience related to the C-UAS contract opportunity, though specific details of the certification process are not visible in the provided document. The solicitation is being managed by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Procurement Operations, and is structured as a multiple-award IDIQ contract to provide flexible acquisition options for C-UAS technologies and capabilities across DHS components.
