About this file
This is a pricing schedule template (Attachment J-3) for a Library of Congress solicitation seeking audio visual and interactive experience services for the Founding Phrases exhibit. The schedule is structured in two parts: a firm-fixed price section for major deliverables and a detailed breakdown section for labor categories, rates, and hours.
The key deliverables are scheduled between August 2025 and February 2026, including: research and design development (due 8/29/25), pre-production tasks including filming and focus groups (due 11/3/25), production of interactive presentations with captioning (due 12/19/25), post-production work (due 1/19/26), and installation/testing in the gallery space (2/2/26-2/28/26). The template requires offerors to provide pricing for each phase except the introductory planning meeting, which is marked as Not Separately Priced (NSP). The second tab requires detailed labor category breakdowns with associated rates and hours for each deliverable phase.
