The document provides detailed clarifications on 27 questions from potential offerors, addressing key project specifications such as the requirement for six distinct interactive programs, technical requirements for Brightsign XD1035 media players, and project scope details. Key clarifications include that the project involves developing six unique interactive programs for exhibit stations, using motion graphics and 2D animation, with audio interviews and archival materials provided by the Library.
Notable responses include extending the proposal due date to April 7, 2025, confirming no new video filming is required, specifying animation will be motion graphics and simple 2D graphics, and clarifying that the Library will provide archival materials. The Library will not provide a budget range, will allow submission of past performance questionnaires and demonstration videos, and indicates that content development details are specified in section C.4.3.2 of the solicitation. The interactive experiences will be developed for Brightsign XD1035 media players connected to ELO touchscreens, with programming possible using HTML5 and JavaScript.
