About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for solicitation 030ADV25R0024, issued by the Library of Congress for Audio Visual (AV) Design Services for the American Folklife Center Exhibition. The questionnaire is designed to gather performance information from previous contractors, with ratings ranging from Outstanding to Unsatisfactory across ten key performance areas including contract management, product quality, project effectiveness, timeliness, reporting, personnel competence, communication, and cost performance. The assessment is critical to the proposal evaluation process, with respondents asked to complete and return the form by noon (12:00 PM Eastern) on May 14, 2025, to specified Library of Congress contacts.
The associated federal contract opportunity seeks an experienced AV design firm to create video content for the "Culture Homegrown" exhibition celebrating the American Folklife Center's 50th anniversary. The project requires producing an introductory video for a 55" 4k monitor and video clips for four exhibit stations, each featuring up to 5 video clips accessible via touch screen. The contractor will need to provide in-studio equipment for mixing and testing, ensuring museum-quality design that meets conservation, security, and accessibility standards. The Library will provide the exhibit casework, AV equipment, media players, and displays, with the contractor focusing on content creation and technical specifications.
