The Quoter has reviewed the insurance requirements in the solicitation, section H.11, Insurance, and will provide the required Certificate of Insurance that meets or exceeds the requirements of Section H.11 within 10 days of purchase order award. (Note: A post-award request to have any H.11 Insurance requirements waived or reduced will not be considered.)
