About this file

This is a Wage Determination Register issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for federal service contracts. It establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in Indiana Counties of Allen, Wells, and Whitley, effective December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4781, Revision 29).

The document lists over 400 occupation codes and titles with corresponding hourly wage rates, ranging from $12.17 to $58.17 per hour. Key occupational categories include administrative support and clerical ($15.99–$30.53), automotive service ($17.25–$25.16), food preparation and service ($12.68–$19.09), furniture maintenance and repair ($14.97–$21.52), general services and support ($14.56–$22.12), health occupations ($12.59–$45.86), information technology and occupations ($21.90–$33.88), instructional positions ($19.61–$49.13), machine tool operation and mechanics ($25.87–$29.79), materials handling and packing ($16.77–$27.26), mechanics and maintenance ($18.05–$40.45), protective services ($18.07–$36.43), recreation occupations ($12.75–$23.39), stevedoring ($27.63–$31.14), technical occupations ($17.95–$42.46), and transportation/mobile equipment operation ($12.98–$35.43). All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly), vacation accrual starting at two weeks after one year of service, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special notes address computer employee exemptions, night pay and Sunday differentials for air traffic controllers and weather observers, an 8 percent hazard differential for ordnance work, and a 4 percent differential for lower-hazard ordnance positions. Uniform allowances of $3.35 per week are required unless uniforms require no special maintenance. The determination follows the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations and includes procedures for conformance requests using Standard Form 1444 for unlisted occupation classifications.
