Attachment G1 Price Schedule Summary

This is a Price Schedule attachment for Beaverton School District 48J's Request for Proposals (RFP) Solicitation No. 25-0012 for USDA Commodity Processing Beef. The solicitation seeks qualified processors to convert USDA Foods commodities into four finished beef products: sliced beef, beef patties, beef taco filling, and beef teriyaki bites. All products must be frozen, fully cooked, and meet USDA Child Nutrition Meal Pattern requirements with a 2.00 ounce meat equivalent per serving. Estimated annual quantities total 544,220 CN servings across all four product types: 13,920 servings of sliced beef, 196,000 servings of beef patties, 177,000 servings of beef taco filling, and 157,300 servings of beef teriyaki bites. Proposals are due January 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for December 2, 2025, at 3:30 PM PST via Microsoft Teams. The contract will be a Master Price Agreement effective upon execution through June 30, 2027, with options to extend for four additional one-year terms.

Pricing must be submitted in Microsoft Excel format and evaluated on a fee-for-service basis with a price per CN serving that includes USDA Foods value pass-through and processing fees. All pricing must be delivered freight-included to the district's designated distributor (Sysco Portland) and must be exclusive of federal, state, and local taxes. Proposers may list separately any taxes they believe are payable by the District. Order minimums are capped at 2,500 pounds for products with 120-day or shorter shelf lives and 5,000 pounds for longer shelf-life products. Late delivery penalties of $100 per day per product will be applied. Proposers must maintain both National Processing Agreements with USDA and State Processing Agreements with Oregon Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs throughout the contract term. Annual price increases are limited to the Western Region's Consumer Price Index percentage. All submissions must strictly adhere to the provided price schedule template without unauthorized alterations, as unauthorized changes may result in proposals being deemed non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
