About this file

This document contains pricing spreadsheets for a federal contract solicitation seeking a titanium buffer capability. The spreadsheets provide pricing breakdowns for inventory holding, inventory management, and related services under contract line item numbers 2001 through 2004. Labor categories and rates are included along with allocated hours and calculations for other direct costs, profit, overhead and general administrative costs. The total offered prices are stated for each line item.

The related solicitation seeks a contractor to develop, implement and manage strategic titanium alloy buffers to support wartime mobilization, military operations and contingencies. The buffers are intended to provide expedited access to titanium materials for defense contractors and repair parts suppliers. Under the contract the contractor must deliver minimum monthly material quantities from the buffer and offer materials in small minimum purchase quantities through material distribution services.
