This document is a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) outlining classified information handling requirements for a special time charter solicitation. The solicitation seeks a U.S.-flagged maritime support vessel to support various watercraft for the Military Sealift Command, hosting up to 44 sponsor personnel for periods up to 30 days. The vessel must have a facility clearance and safeguard classified information up to the Secret level, with key billets requiring U.S. citizen personnel holding Secret clearances. All classified materials must be destroyed according to security standards, and contractors must adhere to all applicable security directives.
