| (1) Each offeror shall complete the Pricing Worksheets in their response to the solicitation. The offeror shall indicate the Direct Hourly rates (unit price) for each labor category listed on the Pricing Worksheets for the base period and all option periods. The information form the Pricing Worksheets shall be incorporated into the Cost/Price Rates Schedule (Section B.2). | ||||||
| (2) The Pricing Worksheets shall be included in the Offeror’s cost/price proposal, as back-up rationale and calculations showing the rate build-up that clearly identifies the methodology used to arrive at the fully burdened (loaded) labor rates. Proposed escalation percentage shall be clearly stated for the four option periods. Fully burdened includes all applicable direct and indirect costs such as overhead, general and administrative, and profit, which are part of the Contractor’s established accounting procedures. | ||||||
| (3) Should a contract be issued to the offeror, the proposed labor rates provided on these Pricing Worksheets will become the maximum rate allowable for that labor category when pricing Task Orders issued against the resultant contract. | ||||||
| (4) The labor categories in the pricing worksheets shall represent what will typically be required to perform the services under the individual task orders (i.e.,Senior Architect /Engineer, Staff Architect, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer HVAC, Plumbing Engineer, Estimator Professional, Scheduler Professional, Contract Administrator, Construction Safety and Health Professional, Independent Environmental Monitor, Claims Analyst I, Claims Analyst II). | ||||||
| (5) The rates proposed for each performance period cannot be adjusted except for instances where the labor categories are subject to the Service Contract Act and a revision is permitted under the provisions of FAR Clause 52.222-43. Therefore, offerors are cautioned to adjust for inflation where warranted. | ||||||
