About this file
This document contains a contractor capability survey from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center regarding a Common Armament Tester for Fighter (CAT-F). The survey requests business information from potential offerors and details on their capabilities to design, develop, test, evaluate, sustain, and manage the full lifecycle of an armament test system. It outlines experience requirements related to test systems, software architecture, manufacturing, maintenance data, training, and digital engineering. Offerors are asked to describe solutions for completing the effort if legacy data or government property are unavailable. The related federal contract opportunity is for the Common Armament Tester for Fighter to be awarded by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base.
