About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued for the Milo McIver Restroom Restoration project at Milo McIver State Park in Oregon. The project involves updating and repairing a 1970's Campground Restroom and Shower facility, specifically focusing on demolition and replacement of tile surfaces and shower stall reconfiguration. The contractor must remove all existing wall and floor tile, demolish interior CMU shower wall dividers, perform concrete saw cutting for drain relocations, and install new tile throughout. The project must be completed by March 13th, 2025, and requires Eleganza Monsoon Glossy 4x16 ceramic wall tile or equivalent, with waterproofing that complies with ANSI A118.10 and ANSI A118.12 standards.

The scope is divided into six main tasks: demolition of existing tile and CMU walls, concrete cutting for drain relocations, waterproofing preparation, new tile installation, and seal coating of grout joints. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, labor, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the services. The owner's obligations are limited to providing project schedule, scope, and plan documents. The SOW emphasizes that services must be performed to obtain the greatest long-term value for the State of Oregon and result in prudent expenditure of public funds within project constraints.
