About this file

This document is a comprehensive Single Family Weatherization Major Measure Price List for 2025, issued by Clackamas County Weatherization located in Oregon City, Oregon. The attachment contains an extensive spreadsheet detailing specific weatherization measures and associated costs for single-family homes, including site-built and manufactured homes. The price list covers a wide range of services such as insulation installation, air sealing, ventilation improvements, duct sealing, window and door replacements, and health and safety modifications. The document provides a detailed work order template and itemized pricing for approximately 259 distinct weatherization measures, with each item having a unit of measurement and space for unit pricing.

The pricing list is designed for the Oregon Weatherization Assistance Program and requires compliance with ASHRAE 62.2-2016 standards for all homes worked on as of July 1, 2017. Measures are categorized into various subcategories including mechanical ventilation, air sealing, insulation, health and safety, energy-related repairs, and home performance improvements. Pricing is structured to cover labor, materials, and specific technical interventions, with options for different home types and specific construction characteristics. The document appears to be a comprehensive pricing guide for contractors performing weatherization services, with the goal of improving energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and structural integrity of residential properties.

Extension of Time: An extension of time on this Project may be made by the County only upon written request from the Contractor. Such request shall state the date to which the extension is desired and shall describe the conditions which have occurred to prevent the Contractor from completing within the specified time 45 day completion date.

If the Contractor fails to achieve Substantial Completion as specified above and has not requested an extension, then the Contractor and County agree that it would be extremely difficult to ascertain the damages incurred by the County and Worksite Owner for the Contractor’s failure. The Contractor further agrees the stipulated sum is not a penalty.
