SCOPE OF SERVICES

2.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide all services, materials, and equipment to perform the services described in Exhibit “A”, Scope of Services, as agreed upon by written task orders executed by both Parties.

No work shall begin nor any cost incurred for any part of this Contract without an approved/executed Task Order with Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by Brevard County. The Task Order will describe and define the scope of services items in operational terms and will identify a maximum amount of compensation to the CONTRACTOR for completion of the Task Order.

The Task Order must be approved by the Contract Administrator to be valid.

Each Task Order will designate either a not to exceed or time and materials method for compensation and the maximum amount that can be incurred for the specific task. A time and material Task Order will specifically identify and estimate all expenses and time by each staff member.
