About this file
This document is an Attachment B - Draft Contract Data Requirements Listing (CDRL) related to a federal contract opportunity for FAA Aircraft Parts-Contractor Logistics Support Services.
The CDRL lists two required data deliverables: 1) A Parts Management Program (PMP) that describes the contractor's parts management process, validation, improvements, and quality control procedures, and 2) A Monthly Status Report on the contract execution. The PMP is due with the initial proposal, and the status reports are due monthly starting on the 5th of the month after contract award. Both deliverables must be provided electronically in a searchable spreadsheet/document format.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for FAA Aircraft Contractor Logistics Support Services to purchase and/or provide unit exchange aircraft parts for the FAA's fleet, in accordance with FAA maintenance requirements. The FAA is seeking information from industry on this potential contract.
