About this file
This is a Cost Proposal Form for RFP 758 2700000043, a Security and Surveillance Hardware, Software, Systems and Services contract opportunity with the State of Kentucky. The RFP solicits vendors to provide security and surveillance solutions including hardware, software, systems, and related services. The proposal form requires vendors to submit comprehensive pricing across three components with a maximum total of 500 evaluation points. No specific quantities, response dates, or contract term information is provided within this cost proposal form document itself.
The cost proposal requires vendors to submit three distinct pricing components: Component A requests Not-to-Exceed hourly labor rates for six labor categories including Certified Project Managers, Non-Certified Project Managers, Certified Lead Technicians, Apprentice/Cabling Technicians, System Configuration/Software Engineers, and Emergency/After-Hours Service (200 points); Component B requests minimum percentage discounts off Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price for hardware and software/licensing from nine core manufacturers including Aiphone, Allegion, Avigilon, Hanwha, Hirsch, Honeywell, Velocity, and Verint (300 points); and Component C requests fully burdened pricing for two mock project scenarios totaling 250 points. All rates must be all-inclusive of overhead with no separate charges for travel time, mileage, fuel surcharges, or portal-to-portal fees. Vendors must submit official manufacturer price catalogs effective as of the RFP release date and complete all fields without blanks to avoid proposal rejection.
