About this file
This file is a Past Performance Reference Information Sheet template (Attachment 9) that offerors must complete for the Trainer Developer III (TDIII) solicitation. The template requires offerors to provide detailed information about previous contracts similar to the PWS requirements, including company information, program title, contract specifics (agency, contract number, type, period of performance, and values), and whether CPARS assessments are available in SAM.gov. The form also requests a brief description of the work performed as either prime or subcontractor, key milestone dates, and points of contact information for both the program/project manager and contracting officer.
The related contract opportunity is a $100M Single Award IDIQ for trainer development services at the 502 Trainer Development Squadron at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, supporting simulation and IT-based training systems. The work includes research, design, development, fabrication, integration, and installation of simulators and components, with both FFP and T&M task orders possible. The NAICS code is 333310 with a 1000-employee size standard. Proposals are due January 17, 2025 by 5:00 PM CST and must be submitted through GSA ASSIST in five volumes: Technical Approach, Previous Experience, Past Performance, Price, and General Administrative Requirements.
