About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for AUTEC WPB HVAC Maintenance, Contract Number N66604-25-SIMACQ-NPT-70-0060, issued by Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (Code 70). The document outlines nine specific data item requirements for the contractor, including Equipment Inventory Validation, Identification of Equipment in the Field, Pre-Existing Conditions Survey, Consumable Inventory, Cost Documentation, Preventative Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Service Reports, Service Call Reports, and an Emergency Plan.

Key deliverables include performing an in-depth survey of HVAC equipment within 30-90 days of contract award, maintaining detailed equipment and service call records, providing monthly and annual reports, and developing an emergency plan. All submissions must be electronic (Microsoft or Adobe format) and distributed to the Code 7032 Technical Point of Contact and C70 WAWF Acceptor. The documents are subject to Distribution Statement D, limiting access to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors, with strict export control warnings. The contract is currently open with the contractor to be determined (TBD).
