About this file
This document contains a technical exhibit outlining barcode label specifications and a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal services in support of the Navy Bloodborne Infection Management Center.
The technical exhibit specifies requirements for barcode label construction including poly label stock material, barcode placement on transfer tubes, permissible product variance, and barcode message criteria. Message formats define barcode content including scanable bars, eye readable numbers, patient names, and dates. The government will provide original labels, while the contractor must pre-print labels duplicating original barcode numbers and dates.
The combined synopsis/solicitation seeks proposals for infectious disease testing services at the Navy Bloodborne Infection Management Center. The requirement is a single IDIQ SATO contract with a five-year ordering period under NAICS code 621511 with a size standard of $35 million. Proposals are due by November 17, 2021 to the specified email address. The solicitation number is N6264521R0057 and is conducted as full and open competition by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command.
