About this file
This solicitation requests proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide chemistry services supporting the development of therapeutic candidates against infectious diseases. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases intends to award multiple contracts to support three task areas: non-GMP chemistry under Task Area B including synthesis, optimization, and acquisition of compounds; GMP manufacturing, formulation, fill and finish under Task Area C; and a contract kick-off meeting under Task Area A. Offerors must propose capabilities for at least one technical task area plus Task Area A. Services will aid investigators and attract partnerships to further development and clinical trials of promising candidates from academia and industry. Through an online portal, investigators will request services and NIAID will develop statements of work soliciting proposals from awardees to select the best value. Resulting task orders will support diverse candidates rather than single programs.
