Non-Fire Resistant Combat Shirt Requirements Acceptability Checklist
TO ENSURE YOU SEE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT, VERIFY THE REQUIREMENT BY LOOKING AT IT IN THE FORMULA BAR JUST BELOW MICROSOFT EXCEL WINDOW ABOVE

INSTRUCTIONS:

SECTION A: ALL OFFERORS must complete yellow highlighted cells in ROWs 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.

SECTION B: ENTER A RESPONSE IN EVERY CORRESPONDING YELLOW CELL IN ROWs 12 through 38. Failure to respond to every requirement (i.e. a yellow cell is blank) will result in an UNACCEPTABLE determination.Acceptable/UnacceptableRationale for Unacceptable Score

Security Forces Combat Shirt (SFCS)
SFCS 1.1All fabric shall be lightweight, breathable, moisture wicking and odor resistant
SFCS 1.2Long sleeve “over the head” style with a semi-tight fit that eliminates bunching or riding up under armor
SFCS 1.3Right & left sleeves: Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP)
SFCS 1.4Right & left sleeves: Hook and loop cuff closures
SFCS 1.5Right & left sleeves: OCP patterned abrasion resistant elbow patches on outside of shirt sleeves
SFCS 1.6Right & left sleeves: Two-channel flapped pen pocket on both forearms secured by hook & loop fastener tape
SFCS 1.7Right & left sleeves: Non-metal zippered shoulder pockets with 6-1/4 inch opening for all sizes. Opening toward front of arm
SFCS 1.8Right shoulder pocket must accommodate hook & loop name tape, rank insignia and flag
SFCS 1.9Loop fastener for name tape shall be 1 inch wide x 5-1/2 inches long
SFCS 1.10Loop fastener for the rank patch shall be 2 inches wide x 2 inches long
SFCS 1.11Loop fastener for the flag shall be 2 inches wide x 3-1/2 inches long
SFCS 1.12Left shoulder pocket must accommodate hook & loop unit patch
SFCS 1.13Loop fastener for the unit patch shall be 6-1/4 inches wide x 4 inches long
SFCS 1.14Combat shirt side panels from underarm/sleeve down shall be OCP
SFCS 1.15Front and back torso panels & mock turtle neck shall be Tan 499
SFCS 1.16Modesty panel covering chest area may be single or double layered
SFCS 1.17Available in the following men's sizes:
SFCS 1.17.1o X-Small: <34" chest
SFCS 1.17.2o Small: 34" - 38" chest
SFCS 1.17.3o Medium: 38" - 42" chest
SFCS 1.17.4o Large: 42" - 46" chest
SFCS 1.17.5o X-Large: 46" - 50" chest
SFCS 1.17.6o XX-Large: 50" - 54" chest
SFCS 1.17.7o XXX-Large: 54" - 58" chest
SFCS 1.18Available in the following women's sizes:
SFCS 1.18.1o X-Small: 32" - 33"chest

SFCS 1.19Descriptive information added to the Combat Shirt’s label, tag and packaging shall clearly indicate this shirt does not provide fire resistance or flame retardant protection
