About this file

This document contains a pricing worksheet template and details for a federal contract solicitation. The pricing worksheet template includes columns for labor rates, fringe benefits, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit margins for prime contractors to apply across base and option periods. It also notes the requirement to use consistent net productive hours across all proposals for evaluation.

The related federal contract solicitation is to provide Human Factors Specialists to the U.S. Army Cyber School. The specialists will assist with recruitment and commissioning efforts for Cyber officers and enlisted personnel across various cohorts at Fort Gordon. Contractors must develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting plan to generate monthly leads and perform duties according to the Performance Work Statement and terms of the solicitation. The solicitation was issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis.
