About this file

This document contains four Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) that specify reporting requirements for a Human Factors Support contract. The CDRLs require the contractor to submit bi-weekly status reports, monthly SWOT analysis briefs, weekly updates on internal meetings, and trip reports within five days of travel. The reports must follow the specified formats and distribution statements and be submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative via email. They will also be included with invoice submissions using the Wide Area Workflow system. The reports cover task performance under the Performance Work Statement to support recruiting efforts for the U.S. Army Cyber School at Fort Gordon.
