About this file
This is a Questions and Answers template document for the USCGC CALHOUN (WMSL-759) dockside repair solicitation. The document provides the format and submission instructions for offerors to submit written questions concerning the solicitation. Questions must be submitted via email to William Zittle (william.r.zittle@uscg.mil) and Robin Kloeppel (robin.b.kloeppel@uscg.mil), with each submission requiring the vendor's name, specification paragraph reference, and the question itself. All offerors' questions will be answered by amendment to the solicitation.
The template itself does not contain specific substantive information regarding the repair requirements, pricing, or other contract terms. Rather, it establishes the procedural mechanism for clarification requests during the solicitation period for the FY26 FQ4 dockside repair work on this 418-foot National Security Cutter, which includes multiple work items spanning systems such as launch and recovery equipment, cargo handling, fire detection, deck coverings, tank inspections and preservation, and temporary services.
