About this file

This is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) template designed to evaluate contractor experience and capability for the FASTC Barrier Replacement solicitation. The questionnaire functions as an evaluation instrument to assess offerors' demonstrated performance on relevant past contracts and projects similar in scope, complexity, and technical requirements to the barrier replacement work.

The PPQ typically requires offerors to provide detailed information about previous projects including contract values, project duration, client references, key personnel involved, specific technical accomplishments, and measurable results achieved. Offerors must demonstrate experience with barrier installation, replacement, or similar physical security infrastructure projects, along with their ability to meet quality standards, schedule commitments, and budget requirements. The questionnaire serves as a critical factor in the Department of State's evaluation process for determining contractor qualifications and likelihood of successful performance on the FASTC Barrier Replacement project. Responses enable the government to verify past performance through reference checks and to assess the depth of relevant experience within the proposed team.
