About this file

This document includes a Small Business Participation Commitment template and details of a related federal contract opportunity for repair and return services. The Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) seeks a contractor to provide repair, maintenance, system modifications, overhaul, inspections, calibrations, tests and evaluations, engineering design and analyses for non-standard military and commercial assets supporting the Army Security Assistance Enterprise's Foreign Military Sales customers. The contract encompasses return of the repaired assets to the customers. Interested offerors should review the attached solicitation, including Sections L and M, for proposal submission requirements and evaluation criteria. The Small Business Participation Commitment template requires offerors to specify the dollar values and percentages of work to be performed by small businesses or various socioeconomic categories of small businesses to meet minimum subcontracting goals.
