Counselors are required to have the ability to advise businesses on obtaining and performing government contracts, comprehensive knowledge of government contracting laws and regulations, and strong interpersonal skills. The document provides blank tables for listing personnel names, job titles, and specific qualifications, allowing multiple personnel entries to be documented.
