About this file

The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a Department of Interior National Park Service contract (Solicitation #140P5325R0002) for generator installation and electrical upgrades at Mammoth Cave National Park. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside for electrical contractor services, with a firm-fixed price construction contract valued between $1-5 million and a performance period from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2026.

The PPQ provides a structured evaluation form for past performance references, requiring detailed ratings across nine performance categories including corporate management, quality control, schedule adherence, and overall project performance. Key submission requirements include: submitting 2-5 past performance projects completed within the last five years, electronic submission to Ashley_Warcewicz@nps.gov by the solicitation deadline of 6/16/2025 at 5pm EST, and a mandatory site visit scheduled for 5/28/2025 at 10 CST. The project specifically involves replacing the visitor center generator, adding new electrical infrastructure, relocating the hotel service transformer, and installing new electrical feeds and equipment.
