About this file
This memorandum documents the results of the OneSAF Version 12.0 Requirements Priority Board meeting held on May 27, 2021. The board prioritized 27 requirements submitted by the Army's six modeling and simulation communities for inclusion in OneSAF v12.0, which is scheduled for delivery in June 2023. The top five ranked requirements approved for funding are: degraded operations multi-domain operations modeling; high-resolution air defense radar modeling; COBWEBS improvements; long range precision munition modeling; and operational environment modeling of Chinese entities. Additional requirements will be funded if remaining funds are available after completing these top priorities. Mission command concurrency, terrain format concurrency, classified data standards, and information assurance security are also funded as part of OneSAF v12.0 development. The related pre-solicitation lists OneSAF SSN W900KK-22-R-0037 as the opportunity, to be awarded by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Orlando Contracting Center.
