About this file
The document appears to be an Attachment 4 - Cover Form for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Idaho Department of Administration. The ITN is for the procurement of a Monitoring Building Automation Control System. The Cover Form requires the offeror to provide information about their company, compliance with the ITN requirements, and various certifications. The state is offering suppliers the opportunity to review the requested exemption from competition and provide relevant information, though the decision remains at the discretion of the DOP Administrator. Suppliers are invited to submit information that may support or contradict the claim that competition would be impractical, unreasonable, or disadvantageous to the State under the circumstances. All information must be submitted prior to the closing date and time listed in IPRO.
The ITN does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or contract term and renewal options. The focus is on the offeror's compliance with the ITN requirements and providing supporting information regarding the requested exemption from competition.
