About this file

This document is an Amendment 1 to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for a contract opportunity issued by the State of Idaho Department of Administration. The amendment provides changes to the referenced ITN, including an amended administrative document, posted answers to questions and modification requests made during the Q&A period, and an extended close date to October 19. Suppliers who have already submitted a response may submit an updated response if this addendum alters their original submission.

The contract opportunity is for the purchase of a Monitoring Building Automation Control System. The Idaho Department of Administration has requested an exemption from competition for this procurement, which may allow the agency to procure the property with limited or no competitive process. Suppliers are invited to provide information that may help support or contradict the claim that competition would be impractical, unreasonable, or disadvantageous to the State under the circumstances. All information must be submitted prior to the closing date and time listed in IPRO.
