About this file

This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Schedule establishing the terms and conditions for a supplier to furnish supplies or services to the 19th Contracting and Supply Squadron (19th CONS) as requested by the Contracting Officer. The BPA has a five-year ordering period with a total ceiling of $2,500,000.00, and services will be performed in accordance with a Performance Work Statement detailed in Attachment 1.

The Government is obligated only for authorized calls actually placed against the agreement by authorized personnel. Pricing charged to the Government must be as low as those offered to the supplier's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. Only personnel listed on an Authorized Call List and assigned Contracting Officers with the 19th CONS are authorized to place calls, with individual purchasing limits specified in authorization letters signed by the Contracting Officer. Calls shall not exceed stated call limitations without Contracting Officer approval, and only services and supplies listed on the approved price list may be ordered. Calls are generally placed by electronic means with completion dates established at the time of each call. All deliveries require delivery tickets containing supplier name, BPA number, purchase date and number, itemized lists, pre-inspection documentation, quantities, unit prices, and delivery date. Itemized invoices must be submitted weekly or upon BPA expiration, whichever occurs first, and payment will be made 30 days after approval and acceptance in Wide Area Workflow. The Government reserves the unilateral right to cancel the BPA with 30 days' written notice under FAR 16.702(b)(2).
