About this file

This is Attachment 3 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 80NSSC26Q0012, which serves as a technical proposal template for contractors submitting bids for Ladder/Tower Unit vehicles.

Contractors may propose up to four different models of Ladder/Tower Units, with each model evaluated independently. All proposed vehicles must meet the New Apparatus Certification requirement, meaning they must be new, unused, current production manufacture units that have never been used as demonstrators, refurbished, remanufactured, previously owned, titled, registered, leased, or placed into emergency service, and must be delivered with full manufacturer warranties. Contractors are required to complete a table documenting: the vehicle model, whether specifications meet or exceed those in Attachment 2, the number of days needed for vehicle delivery, and confirmation that specifications, drawings, and warranty documents have been included. Two vehicles are required by March 10, 2028. The attachment references Attachment 4 (Specification Document) for detailed technical requirements that the proposed apparatus must satisfy.
