About this file

This is a Schedule of Items document for a federal contract to service toilet vaults at various locations within the Bighorn National Forest across three ranger districts in Wyoming.

The contract provides for servicing toilet vaults at campgrounds, picnic areas, administrative sites, and trailheads on the Medicine Wheel, Tongue, and Powder River Ranger Districts. The base year runs from June 1, 2026 (or award date) through April 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extension periods through April 30, 2031. All vaults must be serviced at a minimum of once per year, with specific locations marked with asterisks requiring potential multiple annual services based on accessibility and usage frequency. The Contracting Officer's Representative will notify the contractor via call, text, email, or in person when services are needed. Each work order must guarantee a minimum of three units of work, excluding emergency services. Optional vaults may or may not require service each year and must be completed within 72 hours of notification, or a mutually agreed responsive timeline will be established. The contract encompasses 31 locations across three ranger districts, with vault sizes ranging from 50 gallons to 1,500 gallons. Offerors must provide pricing for cost per unit and cost per location for each line item across the base year and all four option years, as well as company name, UEI, contact name, and email address. The document includes detailed line-item tables with specific latitude and longitude coordinates, toilet counts, vault quantities, and vault capacities for each location.
