About this file
This document is a Schedule of Items for a federal service contract for toilet vault servicing across three ranger districts of the Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming.
The contract covers servicing of toilet vaults at campgrounds, picnic areas, administrative sites, and trailheads located in the Powder River, Medicine Wheel, and Tongue Ranger Districts. The base year runs from June 1, 2026 (or award date) through April 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extension periods through April 30, 2031. The contractor will service a total of 31 locations with varying vault configurations, ranging from 50-gallon to 1,500-gallon vaults. All vaults must be serviced at least once annually, though four designated locations (marked with asterisks) in the Powder River District and three in the Medicine Wheel District may require multiple services per year. Two locations in the Tongue District may also require multiple annual services. The government, through the Contracting Officer's Representative, will notify the contractor of service needs via call, text, email, or in person. Each work order must guarantee a minimum of three service units, excluding emergency services. Optional vaults at additional locations may be serviced if the Contracting Officer's Representative notifies the contractor, with a 72-hour service completion requirement or mutually agreed responsive timeline. Offerors must submit pricing for all line items, including base year and optional vault costs, along with company name, UEI, contact name, and email address.
