About this file

The document is an RFQ Questions Template for the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Crewed Launch Support Services solicitation (Solicitation Number 80NSSC26Q0002). The template provides a structured format for potential vendors to submit questions regarding the Request for Quote, with columns for RFQ reference and specific questions. Vendors are instructed to submit one question per row, referencing specific sections, attachments, or page numbers of the RFQ, with the option to use "General" for broad inquiries. The template includes numbered rows to accommodate up to 19 questions, allowing contractors to seek clarification on various aspects of the solicitation.

The associated federal contract opportunity involves providing Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) services at three specific KSC long gate locations: 2L - SR3 Merritt Island, 3L - SR 405, and 4TT - SR 402. The contractor is required to supply all necessary personnel, materials, and equipment to set up traffic management infrastructure, including cones for routing traffic patterns, one portable toilet, two stop signs, and one portable light plant for nighttime operations. The solicitation is issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center, focusing on supporting launch-related traffic management and safety services.
