About this file

The file is a Questions and Answers template for a Request for Quote (RFQ) related to the Kennedy Space Center Crewed Launch Support Services solicitation. The template provides a structured approach for potential offerors to submit questions about the RFP, with columns for RFQ reference and specific questions. In the provided example, only one question is answered, which confirms that the government will accept CPARs (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires. The RFQ is issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center (NASA SSC) under solicitation number 80NSSC26Q0002, seeking support services for traffic management and logistics at three specific long gate locations on Merritt Island and nearby areas.
