About this file

This document is a Past Performance Survey to be completed by a reference for a contractor or key personnel as part of a federal contract opportunity solicitation. The solicitation is for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to procure Multi-Family Master Subservicer (MF MSS) support services, including servicing Ginnie Mae loans and providing support to extinguish Multifamily Issuers from Ginnie Mae's Mortgage-Backed Securities program. The contract is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a $25,000,000 program ceiling over a 3-year ordering period. The survey covers 5 performance criteria: quality of service, schedule, cost control, business relations, and management of key personnel.
