For Official Use Only Page 1 of 5

The 99th Contracting Squadron (CONS) of the Air Force is soliciting for a Paint Booth Maintenance and Repair Service, on behalf of the 57 Maintenance Group (MXG) for Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.

One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the offerors past performance on contracts, or other work efforts, which reflect the offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from organizations, which have had first-hand experience with the offeror, for the evaluation of the offeror's performance on those contracts or work efforts.

Instructions to Offerors: Send the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) to a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), or equivalent representative, to complete. Offerors will not complete, or return, the PPQ. Offerors shall ensure the COR, of a recent and relevant contract, returns the PPQ to the 99 CONS POC listed below.

Instructions to Contracting Officer Representatives: Our areas of interest regarding the offeror are summarized in the enclosed questionnaire. In order to meet the acquisition milestones, we request your written response of a completed PPQ no later than 30 April 2025 at 10:00AM Pacific Time. This schedule will allow us sufficient time to analyze the data.

To assist you in preparing your response and expediting your reply, complete the questionnaire electronically and e-mail to lisa.hallberg.1@us.af.mil. The subject line of the email should be the following: Solicitation F3G3AA4354AQ01 – PPQ - 57 MXG Paint Booth Maintenance. Your completed questionnaire will become a part of the official Proposal Package for this requirement.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated, and your prompt response will be one of the keys to the successful and timely completion of this Proposal Package.
