About this file
The document is a Base Pass Request spreadsheet for MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) detailing visitor access requirements and procedures. The spreadsheet provides comprehensive guidelines for federal government personnel, civil servants, and other visitors seeking base access, including specific instructions for completing visitor information, vetting standards, and critical access protocols. Key requirements include submitting the spreadsheet to the Visitor Coordination Center (VCC) at least three duty days prior to the event, using full legal names, providing identification documents, and adhering to strict base access regulations.
The document emphasizes several important visitor management protocols, such as requiring DoD ID card holders to coordinate all visitor access, prohibiting dangerous weapons on base, and mandating that visitors proceed directly to and from their designated events. Additional specifications include maximum base access list (BAL) duration of 5 consecutive days, requirements for federal employees to show agency-issued credentials, and specific procedures for non-US citizens seeking base access. The spreadsheet is associated with a Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command solicitation (FA481425Q0033) for Facility ID Badging, suggesting this document is part of a broader access management and security process.
