About this file

This is an Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions attachment for IFB 25-07 On-Site Shredding and Recycling Services issued by a Court. Bidders must select one of two options: accept the Court's standard terms and conditions without exception, or propose exceptions or modifications to the standard terms. If proposing exceptions or modifications, bidders must submit a red-lined version in Word format of Attachment 2 with tracked changes and provide written explanations for each proposed change. Failure to submit the red-lined Word version may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. The Court retains sole discretion to determine whether proposed exceptions or modifications constitute material deviations that would render a bid non-responsive.

The document identifies 16 mandatory certification clauses and provisions that bidders must accept without waiver or exception, or their bid will be rejected. These mandatory requirements include compliance with the Child Support Compliance Act, Darfur Contracting Act, Domestic Partners/Spouses/Gender Discrimination provisions, Iran Contracting Act, National Labor Relations Board requirements, Unruh Civil Rights Act and California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Nondiscrimination provisions, California qualification requirements, Antitrust Claims provisions, State Auditor audit rights, DVBE commitment, Priority Hiring, termination due to non-availability of funds, and Union Activities provisions. Bidders must sign and certify that they are duly authorized to legally bind their company when submitting this attachment.
