This document is a Discount and Pricing Information (DPI) Worksheet for the Radiology & Imaging FY2025 Solicitation (36H79725R0003). The comprehensive form requires vendors to provide detailed pricing and discount information for potential contract award by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The worksheet covers multiple aspects of pricing strategy, including marketing category, discount types, customer class pricing, warranty terms, installation provisions, shipping conditions, and sales data.

Key details include the solicitation's five-year base period with a five-year option period, targeting Radiology Imaging Systems and Accessories under NAICS code 334517. Vendors must complete extensive sections detailing their pricing structures, including identifying their most similar customer, absolute best-priced customer, best committed and uncommitted customers, and highest-priced customer. The solicitation requires vendors to submit comprehensive documentation about their discounts, pricing tiers, sales volumes, and comparative pricing across different customer classes. The solicitation is set to close on February 3, 2026, with questions due by December 18, 2025, and the VA National Acquisition Center intends to award multiple contracts.
