About this file

This file is a Maintenance Task List attachment that specifies required maintenance procedures for two Dry-Air HVAC units used in a federal contract.

The document outlines 19 maintenance tasks for the Dry-Air Model No. VFB-ECO-24G-2250 and 19 tasks for the Dry-Air Model No. VFB-ECO-50G-4500. Both maintenance schedules are nearly identical and include: air filter changes; drive belt maintenance; bearing greasing; blower assembly cleaning; pressure testing; coil and drain line cleaning; heat compartment servicing; motor oil and amperage testing; refrigerant charge verification; temperature and Delta-T recording; reversing valve verification; defrost component inspection; electrical connection tightening; valve cap replacement; Yellow Card documentation; unit mode and serial number recording; protective coating application to outdoor units; pad area cleaning; and disconnect activation. The tasks appear designed to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and proper functioning of heating and cooling system components. The two units differ only in model designation and capacity ratings (24G-2250 versus 50G-4500), suggesting the maintenance procedures are standardized across the product line with minor scaling differences.
