Open access points in the false ceiling of the corridor to facilitate the application of fireproofing materials.

Apply mineral wool mortar and nervometal mesh to the ceiling, and specified walls around the evacuation hall, covering an approximate area of 65m². Total area shall be verified by the contractor during the site visit.

Identify and inspect all existing penetrations in walls surrounding bedrooms and hallways, including openings for pipes, electrical conduits, HVAC ducts, cables, and any other service penetrations.

Remove any non-compliant or degraded sealants and replace them with fire-rated sealants or firestop systems certified for a minimum 1-hour fire resistance rating.

Utilize approved materials such as intumescent sealants, mineral wool insulation, firestop collars, firestop mortar, or polyurethane fire-resistant foam, depending on penetration type and size.

Firestop all penetrations in accordance with EN 1366-3, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and local Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) standards.
